Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive visibly damaged or defective.

• Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous unboxing video showing a 360° view of the package and its contents. This helps us assess any issues promptly.

• Return Process: Contact giftrelindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue and your unboxing video, if available. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
