Welcome to Giftrel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Giftrel. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Giftrel is a gifting brand offering thoughtfully curated hampers, personalised keepsakes and gifts that celebrate meaningful connections. Each gift is prepared with care to make birthdays, anniversaries and everyday moments feel special.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.

• Upload viruses, harmful software or unlawful content.

• Attempt to access our website or systems without authorisation.

3. Product Information and Personalisation

We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and details. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and handmade variations.

Please review the product description and hamper inclusions before ordering. Products are subject to availability. Any material substitution will be communicated for your approval.

For personalised products, please provide accurate names, photographs, messages and other required details. You must have permission to use the content you submit. Changes may not be possible once personalisation has begun.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout.

Prices may change for future purchases. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. For manual GPay or UPI payments, customers must transfer the order total using the provided payment instructions. Order preparation begins after payment verification and receipt of complete personalisation details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within India, subject to courier availability at your PIN code.

Standard estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Preparation and personalisation time are additional and will be communicated separately.

Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays. Please contact us before ordering if your gift is required by a specific date.

Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional shipping charges may apply for redispatch following an incorrect address or missed delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Please contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Requests may not be possible once preparation, personalisation or dispatch has begun.

Personalised products cannot generally be returned for a change of mind once made to your confirmed specifications.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video, if available, can help us review the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution based on the issue, including a replacement or refund where applicable. These terms do not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

Giftrel’s original branding, text, photographs and designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Third-party artwork, names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Responsibility and Liability

Please use products according to any care or safety instructions provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Giftrel’s responsibility or your rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
