Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is verified. Personalised products require complete customisation details, including names, photos and messages, before preparation can begin. Their preparation time will be communicated separately.

Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping offers are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Time
Our standard estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Personalisation and order preparation time are additional. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details using the contact information provided with your order.

Delivery Details
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If an incorrect address or missed delivery results in the parcel being returned, additional shipping charges may apply for redispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Date-Specific Gifts
If your gift is needed for a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion, please contact us before ordering to check the expected timeline. Delivery on a specific date is guaranteed only if expressly confirmed by us.
